Founded 25 years ago, Arihant Industrial
Corp is the largest Indian
manufacturer of playgrounds, specialising
in water slides and equipment for
waterparks, to the extent that it owns
and manages its own waterpark.
Located in Virar, in central-western
India, the Great Escape park covers
more than 10 hectares – half with
slides, pools and lagoons, all of which
have been developed by Arihant.
Specialising in themed attractions,
the most sought after are Egyptian,
jungle and pirates. These themes were
incorporated into projects completed
last year at JukuPark in Turku, Finland
and in Qatar’s first waterpark,
Aqua Park Doha. Arihant also supplied
equipment to the largest outdoor water
park in the UAE, Iceland Waterpark.
