Taking the trend for extreme fitness challenges into health club programming, the ProLog is group training system where every team member has to work together and co-ordinate their efforts to achieve a common goal.
Up to four people can use the ProLog, which has a range of weighted inserts and handles across the top and sides to facilitate multiple exercises and carrying techniques.
