There are 3 aspects of our beings (the body, the mind and the soul) which are affecting the above. The Body is our physical being, our ‘vessel’ through which we interact with our environment. The Mind contains our emotions, thoughts, beliefs, memories, values, the things we have learnt, perceptions and self-talk. The Mind is shaped by the outer world but at the same time, by the subconscious, too. From this point of view, the Mind connects the Body and the Soul. The Soul is the Essence of who We are. When we do things that make us happy and feel fulfilled, we nurture our Soul. They are different yet connected to each other in a cycle. If one of them is changed, the other two are influenced by this change, too. For example, if we love to exercise, movement is our passion, we feel joy and fulfilment. We feel balanced after the training which has a positive affect on our mind. We have positive thoughts and emotions and we interact positively, too as we are more smiley, chatty and patient, as well. We positively influence our environment. Thanks to the positive feedback from the outer world and from our mind and soul, we are more positive, love ourselves and our body. We want to give all the love to it, so we eat nutritious dense food and exercise regularly. As we feel physically energised, healthy, motivated and balanced, we perform better in our lives. So, we carry on the things we love to do, pampering our Soul again. In a negative cycle, we do not take time to follow our passion, we do not do anything to make us happy or feel joy. So, we do not feed our Soul. And maybe without recognising this, days, weeks and months go by and we have more and more negative thoughts, emotions and beliefs. These can be rooted so deep that we still do not recognise this pattern. In the end, this spiral gets to our physical body, as well. Some aches and pains here and there, poor food choices, not exercising and not looking after our body are affecting our confidence and self-esteem. We do not feel motivated to do something joyful and vicious circle continues. The good news is we can break this negative cycle. There are plenty of tools and practices which can help you to find your balance and peace.

Our thoughts, feelings, beliefs and reactions affect (positively or negatively) our body and vice versa, our body has an effect on our mind. Depending on our eating habits, on our exercise regime, even on our environment chemicals are released within our body which impact both of our physical and mental health. When we exercise, endorphins are produced in our body what make us feel happier. However, this state does not last, and this is the moment when our mind kicks in. We need some extra support to stay on track and make sure that our new habits we try to create, gets stronger day by day. Just look at the Sport Athletes. Have you seen the look and the face of an Athlete before their competition? They are in the zone. They cannot be destructed or taken out from their balance; they are focusing so much that they do not pay any attention to the outside world. They have trained their body and mastered their mind for years and now they want to give their best in that moment to achieve their goals and they are already living that dream in their head. They feel it, they smell it and they taste it. Every senses of their body are sending out the same signal. These techniques can be learnt. And I can assist you on your journey to give you these extra tools to feel better in your body and mind. To reach your objectives in life which can be health related, financial related or family related, it does not matter as you can use these techniques in every aspect of your life.

My name is Orsi. I am originally from Hungary and I have been living for almost a decade now in Brighton. My own experience of pain and suffering was the catalyst for wanting to help you. In June 2012 I had a serious accident in Brighton. I was walking to work, when a lorry driver reversed next to me. He hit an iron lamp post which broke into half and hit my head. The result: one broken backbone, two broken bones in my left foot and 10 stitches in my head. I spent 6 days in the hospital and several months in bed. I had to visit a physiotherapist for more than 6 months, but my condition improved very slightly - slower, than everybody would have thought. So, I looked up an orthopaedist doctor again in Hungary who told me that my backbone didn't just brake, it collapsed, as well. I was advised by him that after lying in bed for a year I had to strengthen my muscles to reduce pain and to avoid a series of operations, so I looked for a personal trainer, when I met this new way of fitness opportunity in Hungary. My trainer explained to me that this equipment is very gentle to the joints, it has a pain relief effect, the different body parts can be controlled separately, and a 20 minutes session equals one and a half hours of a gym training. I thought I should give it a try, maybe it works, and I can live again a full life without pain. And it really worked! After the first 3-4 sessions, I could walk more easily. After the training I didn't feel the pain so sharply. Hence, I continued the sessions. After 10-15 sessions the pain relief effect started to work permanently, not just only after the sessions. I could sleep again 6-7 hours in a row without waking up due to the pain. I could walk further and further. During these months I also visit a psychotherapist as I was previously diagnosed with clinical depression. Because of the accident, I developed Agoraphobia, I was afraid to go out alone to the street. Slowly, I started to depend on my family which made me angry and frustrated as I was an independent person before. Not to talk about the fact that I lost connection with the outer world lying in bed for so long. It was a vicious circle. So, I thought I need professional help not only for my body but for my mind, too. I was taught various methods to overcome my problems. After only 3 months of hard work I was almost fully recovered. I was ready to return to Brighton. I didn't want to stop with the sessions, so I was looking for a gym with EMA facility, but for my biggest surprise there wasn't any. So, I thought, I will set up my own business to help others. After, I set up AmpliFitness, an inner flame was lit. I continued to educate myself. First, I qualified as a Personal Trainer and also an EMA Trainer, then I was learning about progressive habit changes, body sculpting and mindset techniques becoming a Body Transformation Coach. I was connecting body and mind together as I previously experienced the benefits on myself, but I found that it didn't work with everyone, something was still missing. So, I was looking for techniques to dig deeper. I was taught through meditative techniques how to reprogram our subconscious mind, change beliefs, manifest the desired future and heal physical and emotional injuries through meditation. And I am still learning and looking for new techniques to help the best way I possibly can. I do believe that we need to acknowledge the importance of the Body, the Mind and the Soul connection. If we learn how to balance these out, we can live in Harmony with Ourselves. We can be at peace with Ourselves and the rest of the world. You don’t have to have an accident like me to get the benefits of feeling healthy, happy and vibrant.

EMS systems are full body muscle training systems using current. With this type of training electrical impulses are used to enhance the muscle contraction produced naturally in the body. In order for us to able to move, muscular activity is needed. To this end, our body’s control centre, the brain sends electrical impulses via the nervous system to the respective muscles. So, it is natural for our body to trigger muscular activity using electrical impulses. These devices have copied this natural body principal of electrical muscular activation. The key to this is a high-quality current, modulated medium frequency. With this new form of current muscle training is made possible in 3 different ways. The first, so called neuromodulation activates the nerves which serve as carrier pathways to the electrical signals. The motor nerves in the depths of the body are also reached. Accordingly, more muscle groups can be addressed. Especially, those we can only work out with difficulty when using conventional training methods. (This current is used by EMS systems.) The second possible way to strengthen our muscles is the modulated medium frequency which can activate the muscles directly without irritating the nerves. This myo-modulation of the current is comparatively gentle but especially effective physiological method of muscle training. EMA training combines neuro- and myo-modulation. In addition, this combination enhances the effects of the workout and makes possible the accurate adjustment of the training to meet the training goals. Where the muscle impact through the use of EMA current is concerned, science speaks of a quasi-physiological activation of the muscles. That means that the targeted muscle contractions equal with the contractions produced by the body itself, so it does not cause any harm. Modulated medium frequency has a further positive effect, the activation of cells. The current has a particular influence on the cell membranes. Accordingly, has a positive effect on the cellular metabolism. The cells of the body are better supplied with blood. Consequently, it can absorb nutrients and oxygen in the best way possible to regenerate themselves. Thanks to the improved metabolism your body can regenerate itself more quickly, become more efficient and stay young and agile.
